Job summary

Health Wealth Safe is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Under Therapy Leadership, you will supervise patients directly, supervise rehabilitation technicians indirectly, and oversee PT assistants in line with State Practice Acts.

Qualifications include a PT degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctorate), current state license, BLS, and 6–12 months’ experience with adult/geriatric care.

• Current or Temporary state license.
• BLS certification (current).
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience, especially with adult and geriatric care.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and kneeling.
