CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.

Under supervision, you will supervise patients directly and oversee rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants in line with State Practice Acts. The role requires a relevant degree (Bachelor’s, MS, or DPT), current state licensure, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master of Science, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
• Current/temporary state licensure.
• BLS certification.
