Job summary

Independence Rehab Inc in Everett, WA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide evaluations and supervise PTA across our geriatric care facilities, including Everett Transitional Care Services (ETCS) and Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA.

You will join a therapist-led, ethical, patient-centered team with a flexible schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for leadership as you travel between facilities during the workday.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Washington or license-eligible.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment and patient-centered approach.
• Experience in geriatric care or SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

We're actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our rehab team, to provide evaluations and PTA supervision at Everett Transitional Care Services (ETCS) and Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while maintaining consistency in team and company culture. You will be paid while traveling between facilities during the workday.

In This Role, You Will:

• Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents
• Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with facility staff and inter-disciplinary team members to support overall patient care
• Supervise at least one PTA, offering guidance, support, and mentorship

We're Looking For:

• A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Nebraska
• A clinician with strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly
• Someone who is organized, self-directed, and thrives in a collaborative setting
• Prior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus (but not required)
