Job summary

Independence Rehab Inc in Everett, WA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our therapist-owned, patient-centered rehab team. You will evaluate residents with a focus on geriatric care and supervise at least one PTA, guiding care plans and collaborating with facility staff.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and compensation with comprehensive benefits. You will be paid while traveling between Everett facilities during the workday, supporting ethical, evidence-based care

Qualifications

• A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Nebraska.
• Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly.
• Organized, self-directed, and thrives in a collaborative setting.
• Prior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents.
• Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with facility staff and inter-disciplinary team members to support overall patient care.

We're actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our rehab team, to provide evaluations and PTA supervision at Everett Transitional Care Services (ETCS) and Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while maintaining consistency in team and company culture. You will be paid while traveling between facilities during the workday.
