Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver patient-centered rehabilitation in in-facility settings. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain physical function under the Director of Rehab.

You will join a team focused on compassionate care, growth, and collaboration with other clinicians, with a clear path to mentorship and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments.
• Provide patient-centered care to individuals and families.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure consistent care.
