Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida required.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial therapy evaluations and re-evaluations to assess patient function.
• Develop and implement a plan of care with patient input.
• Document treatment and progress in the medical record with accuracy.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate ethical practice and adherence to Florida Board of Examiners guidelines.
• Provide guidance and education to staff and patients as needed.
