Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking to recruit a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services across our clinics. The PT will conduct assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes evidence-based care, patient education, and ongoing documentation of progress while adapting plans to patient needs and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedics, neurology, or geriatric PT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
