Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat residents, improving mobility, strength, balance, and independence. This full-time role offers competitive pay of $40–$50/hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will collaborate with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary rehab team to deliver patient-centered care, maintain compliant documentation, participate in care planning, and mentor PTAs and aides.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
• Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in South Carolina (required).
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall function.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation; participate in care planning and discharge planning.
• Supervise PTAs, aides, and students; communicate with physicians, residents and families.
