Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will provide therapeutic care to improve residents’ mobility, strength, and overall function.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina PTA license is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to established treatment plans.
• Assist residents with exercises to improve mobility, strength and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure a safe, clean and supportive therapy environment.

Position Summary
