Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation, Acute Care, and/or Outpatient settings preferred.
• Current state Physical Therapist license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical injuries and disabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy.
• Document care in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate patient progress to the interdisciplinary team.
