Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance children's physical abilities and overall development
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines
• Monitor and document progress towards goals, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Provide guidance and education to family members and other caregivers to support the child's development and participation in natural environments
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of young children's motor skills and developmental stages (optional)
• Manage scheduling and caseload based on personal availability and capacity
