Sobe Innovative Rehab in Orlando, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide Hospice therapy in a home setting, helping older adults maintain independence and quality of life with evidence-based care.

The PRN role offers flexible assignments, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team. You will evaluate residents in home or assisted living environments, develop individualized plans, and maintain EMR documentation while collaborating with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida with current PT license.
• Experience with hospice or home health care preferred.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
