Ascension is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Sparta, TN, to design and implement individualized therapy programs within Ascension Saint Thomas Highlands. You will assess patients, adapt care plans, and collaborate with families to set meaningful goals while maintaining evidence-based practices.

The role involves mentoring physical therapy assistants and students, ensuring top-quality care and ongoing professional growth for the team in a day shift, full-time setting.

Formación

• BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Physical Therapy credential from the Tennessee Board prior to hire date.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement personalized physical therapy programs by performing comprehensive assessments.
• Involve patients and families in creating and revising care plans to ensure achievable goals.
• Execute evidence-based therapy interventions to restore mobility and enhance quality of life.
