Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of practice.
• One year’s supervisory experience preferred.
• Active membership in the Physical Therapy Association preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises physical therapy services.
• Provides physical therapy as ordered by the physician.
• Evaluates, plans and supervises treatments for patients.
