Overview
As a Physical Therapist, you’ll be the leader of the patient care team, reporting directly to the Facility Clinical Director. You’ll collaborate with physicians, schedulers, billing specialists, and marketing staff to ensure every patient receives exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Developing and directing individualized treatment plans from initial evaluation through discharge.
- Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and PT Aides to maintain high-quality outcomes.
- Treating a wide variety of diagnoses using evidence-based approaches and innovative strategies.
- Maintaining strong relationships with local physicians, surgeons, and specialists to support seamless referrals and outstanding customer service.
- Producing clear, accurate, and timely documentation that supports both patient progress and billing requirements.
- Participating in marketing and community events, patient workshops, and educational in-services.
- Traveling to off-site settings such as in-home care, aquatic therapy, assisted-living facilities, schools, or industrial environments as needed.
Qualifications
- Current Nebraska Physical Therapist license in good standing.
