Role Description

This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Lincoln, NE. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance functional independence. Daily responsibilities include documenting progress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, educating patients and families on home exercise programs and preventative care, and supporting wellness center initiatives for ongoing self-rehabilitation. The role also involves promoting a safe, caring clinical environment and participating in quality improvement efforts to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of Nebraska; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited degree.
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities, including experience with therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional mobility training.
