Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking PRN Physical Therapists to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Columbus, Ohio market.

You'll select preferred locations, work flexible PRN hours, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to help residents regain mobility and independence. Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, coordinating care with physicians and staff, supervising PTAs, and documenting care and billing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Ohio PT license.
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, function and quality of life.
