Responsibilities

• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on evaluation findings and setting.
• Complete discharge planning and accurate documentation of patient care.
• Maintain professional time management and productive scheduling to ensure access to care.
• Pursue ongoing education and mentor students and staff as needed.
