Job summary

Orthopt is seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead outpatient orthopedic care while delivering direct, evidence-based treatment. You will evaluate patients, design individualized plans, and guide rehabilitation within a patient-first culture.

You will mentor clinicians, optimize clinic operations, and ensure high-quality standards, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with NJ credentials.
• DPT degree required; OCS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting
• Develop and progress individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Use EMR and documentation tools to complete accurate, timely notes
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to coordinate patient care

• Oversee day-to-day clinic workflows and contribute to operational efficiency
• Mentor or guide less experienced clinicians in best practices
