Job summary

Kessler Rehabilitation Center in Oakland is seeking a Physical Therapist Center Manager for a full-time, 40-hour work week. The role combines clinical leadership with center operations, guiding staff, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional patient care while expanding the outpatient program.

An annual salary range of $90,000–$110,000 is offered, plus a student debt benefit and annual bonus plan. NJ PT licensure, 3+ years rehab experience, mentorship and CEU opportunities, PTO, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Active NJ PT license or eligibility required.
• Minimum three years of rehab experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and center operations capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily management and supervision of services at assigned center.
• Facilitates staff development and patient treatment through clinical and operational leadership.
• Engages with the community to grow the outpatient center business.
• Manages staff and finances, identifying key performance indicators.
• Maintains ongoing communication with Regional Director and reports on performance.

Responsibilities

Resposibilities of the Physical Therapist/Center Manager include:

• Provides daily management and supervision of services at assigned center.
• Possesses a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development. Facilitates team dynamics and efficient facility functions.
• Center Manager is involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business.
• Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center; identifies key indicators and influences upon them.
• Communicates with Regional Director on an on-going basis and provides clinical and operational performance updates.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
• Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
