Kessler Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Physical Therapist Center Manager in Oakland for a full-time 40-hour workweek. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience, with an annual bonus plan and student debt benefit program.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey (active).
• Minimum three years' rehabilitation experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management and supervision of services at the assigned center.
• Lead staff development and coordinate patient treatment with a broad clinical skill set.
• Actively participate in community engagement to help grow the center's business.
• Manage staff and financial performance of the outpatient center; monitor key indicators.
• Provide ongoing clinical and operational updates to Regional Director.

Responsibilities

Resposibilities of the PhysicalTherapist/Center Manager include:

• Provides daily management and supervision of services at assigned center.
• Possesses a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development. Facilitates team dynamics and efficient facility functions.
• Center Manager is involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business.
• Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center; identifies key indicators and influences upon them.
• Communicates with Regional Director on an on-going basis and provides clinical and operational performance updates.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
• Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
