Kessler Rehabilitation Center in Oakland is seeking a Physical Therapist Center Manager. This full-time role oversees clinical operations and staff at the Oakland center, with a compensation range of $90,000–$110,000 annually depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting is required; supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily management and supervision of services at assigned center.
• Brings a diverse knowledge base to facilitate patient treatment and staff development; supports team dynamics and efficient facility functions.
• Centers Manager engages in organization and community activities to grow the business.
• Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center; identifies key indicators and influences upon them.
• Communicates with Regional Director on an ongoing basis and provides clinical and operational performance updates.
• Successful completion of educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
