Kessler Rehabilitation Center in Hawthorne, NJ, seeks a Physical Therapist Center Manager to oversee daily operations and clinical services at our flagship location. This full-time role combines patient care leadership with center-level administration and financial stewardship.

The successful candidate will hold an active NJ Physical Therapist license, have at least three years in rehab with supervisory experience, and demonstrate strong team-building, mentorship, and strategic communication.

Qualifications

• Current and valid NJ State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily management and supervision of services at assigned center.
• Facilitates team dynamics and ensures efficient facility functions.
• Participates in organization and community outreach to grow the business.
• Manages staff and finances of the outpatient center; tracks key performance indicators.
• Communicates with Regional Director on clinical and operational updates.
• Supports licensure requirements and maintains NJ licensure.
• Leads clinical and operational initiatives to improve patient care.

Location: Hawthorne

Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours weekly

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 annually depending on years of experience

Resposibilities Of The Physical Therapist/Center Manager Include

• Provides daily management and supervision of services at assigned center.
• Possesses a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development. Facilitates team dynamics and efficient facility functions.
• Center Manager is involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business.
• Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center; identifies key indicators and influences upon them.
• Communicates with Regional Director on an on-going basis and provides clinical and operational performance updates.
• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
• Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
