A leading rehabilitation center in Clifton, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist Center Manager to oversee daily operations and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a valid NJ Physical Therapist license and at least three years of experience in a rehab setting. Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide daily management and supervision of services at the assigned center.
• Possess a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development, facilitating team dynamics and efficient facility functions.
• Center Manager involved in community organization to help grow the business.
• Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center; identify key indicators and influence them.
• Communicate with Regional Director on an ongoing basis and provide clinical and operational performance updates.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
• Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting required, supervisory experience preferred.
