Kessler Rehabilitation Center in Midland Park, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist Center Manager to lead clinical operations and oversee daily services at the center. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

The ideal candidate holds NJ licensure, has at least three years in rehab, and demonstrates strong staff development, financial stewardship, and community engagement to grow the center.

Qualifications

• Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting with supervisory experience preferred.
• Successful completion of educational requirements for state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily management and supervision of services at assigned center.
• Facilitates team dynamics and efficient facility functions; supports staff development.
• Center Manager is involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business.
• Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center; monitors key indicators and performance.
• Communicates with Regional Director and provides clinical and operational updates.

Position: Physical Therapist Center Manager

Location: Midland Park

Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours weekly

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 annually depending on years of experience

Responsibilities

Resposibilities of the Physical Therapist/Center Manager include:

• Provides daily management and supervision of services at assigned center.


• Possesses a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development. Facilitates team dynamics and efficient facility functions.


• Center Manager is involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business.


• Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center; identifies key indicators and influences upon them.


• Communicates with Regional Director on an on-going basis and provides clinical and operational performance updates.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.


• Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.


• A minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
