Position Overview

Full-time role serving the San Mateo County area, focusing on evaluating and treating patients in their homes, promoting independence, and collaborating with physicians and team members. Responsibilities include developing care plans, supervising PTAs, and ensuring quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted CA Physical Therapist License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Experience in home health care and high-acuity patients preferred
• Knowledge of local resources and regulatory guidelines

Benefits & Compensation

Wage: $120,000–$135,000 annually, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401k, PTO, and more. Opportunities for advancement to PTII with higher salary and bonuses.

Additional Details

Must be in the field visiting patients; remote work not available unless specified. Prior to interviews, candidates must complete a computer literacy assessment.
