Territory: Alameda County: Oakland
In partnership with other clinicians, you will evaluate and address patient needs in their homes to promote safety and independence. Your goal is to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients reach their maximum potential using prescribed physical therapy programs. Supervision of PTAs may be required according to agency and regulatory standards.
Salary: $120,000 - $135,000/year plus bonuses. Promotion opportunities from PTI to PTII based on performance.
