Job summary

Concentra in National City, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services within our center, aligning with injury process management and occupational medicine practices. You will evaluate musculoskeletal, neurologic conditions, document care, and collaborate with physicians, staff, and marketing as needed.

A bachelor’s in Physical Therapy is required; a master’s is preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a base salary in the state range with bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters' Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.

• Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high quality patient care services.
• Perform direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Support and encourage multidisciplinary coordination of treatment.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care.
• Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/ procedures as well as applicable regulations and corporate policies.
• Plan, design, implement and interpret specific physical therapy treatment programs for patients to facilitate recovery and attainment of maximum physical potential.
• Educate patients in the proper care and use of supports and performance of exercise programs.
• Follow appropriate documentation and reporting procedures.
• Work closely with the physician to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care.
