Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Master's Degree preferred in Physical Therapy.
• Ortho-outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA/PHI compliance and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care services.
• Evaluate muscle, skeletal, neurologic issues and other physical problems.
• Coordinate treatment with multidisciplinary teams.
• Accurately document patient care and outcomes.
• Follow quality assurance policies and applicable regulations.
• Communicate with staff, physicians, and patients to ensure coordinated care.
• Plan and implement PT treatment programs for recovery and max potential.
• Educate patients on proper use of supports and exercises.
