Job summary

TexPTS – Parmer in Austin, part of Confluent Health, seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered outpatient care with clinical autonomy. The role treats ~12 patients per day, with mentorship, residency programs, and leadership pathways.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with ability to obtain licensure in TX.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction with patient history and exam.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Advocate for patients throughout the recovery journey.
