Job summary

Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, a member of the Confluent Health family, seeks licensed Physical Therapists to join a clinician-driven team in a high-autonomy outpatient setting in San Antonio, TX. You’ll manage a caseload with ~12 patients daily, guided by mentorship and growth pathways, including residency opportunities and leadership tracks.

Compensation ranges from $80K to $99K plus a $5K sign-on bonus, weekly bonuses based on patient volume, and generous CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
