Job summary

Texas Physical Therapy Specialists in Austin is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based care with clinical autonomy. Expect ~12 patients per day, mentorship and career pathways within Confluent Health, plus sign-on potential and strong bonus opportunities.

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

About

Compensation: $83K-102K + Sign On Bonus of up to $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$13k per year, average 12 patients per day, and virtually unlimited CEUs! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
