Job summary

Confluent Health's TexPTS affiliate in Texas seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered outpatient care. You’ll assess, plan, and implement therapy with autonomy while collaborating with a network of therapists and clinical leaders.

Compensation: $83K–$102K annually, sign-on up to $5K, weekly bonuses based on patient volume, plus PTO, medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k) with a 4% match.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Applying clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout recovery.
