What you will do in this role:

• Provide quality, compassionate care in a team environment within a secure setting
• Implement patient Care Plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, assisting patients with tasks to restore and improve performance
• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and record-keeping
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Educate patients’ families and nursing staff on follow-up programs
• Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness
• Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, compliance standards, professional standards, and applicable laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program leading to an Associate Degree
• Current state licensure as a PTA or equivalent in the states where services are provided
• CPR certification (if required)
