Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a split position serving two Lansing, MI locations. The role involves providing PTA-led care at 3370 E Jolly Rd and 5400 S Pennsylvania Ave, with schedule split between sites.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PTA program, passing the CAPTE national exam, and an active (or in-process) PTA license along with CPR certification. Enjoy mentorship, ample PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Location: 3370 E Jolly Rd, Lansing, MI 48910 and 5400 S Pennsylvania Ave, Lansing, MI 48911 (2 miles apart)

Schedule: Weekday hours vary - split between two locations

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00, hourly, based on years of experience
