Post Rehabilitation Services in Dover, NH seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join Langdon Place of Dover's rehabilitation team. You will provide hands-on therapy under the supervision of a licensed PT to help residents improve mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire PTA license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduate PTAs are welcome to apply.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents with gait training, strengthening, balance, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans and support established rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Reinforce therapeutic exercises, safe movement, and mobility techniques.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other care team members.

Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Langdon Place of Dover. Work alongside experienced clinicians while providing hands‑on therapy designed to help residents improve mobility, rebuild strength, and achieve greater independence.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with gait training, strengthening, balance, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
• Carry out individualized treatment plans and support established rehabilitation goals
