Post Rehabilitation Services at Langdon Place of Keene in Keene, NH is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role. You’ll work with residents in a skilled nursing setting, helping them practice movement skills that support safer, more confident days.

You’ll carry out treatment plans, assist with walking, balance, transfers, and strengthening, monitor responses, coordinate with the rehab team, and document each session and progress for ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist Assistant license.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Practice walking, balance, transfers, and strengthening with residents
