Job summary
Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team. The PTA will carry out skilled treatment programs under a licensed Physical Therapist and document patient activities and charges with precision.
We require graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program, a current state license and CPR certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds while staying active throughout shifts. Excellent teamwork is essential.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
- Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for most of a shift.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening.
Responsibilities
- Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
- Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
