ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team. You will carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and maintain clear documentation.

We value teamwork and compliance with state regulations, OSHA standards, and Medicare guidelines. The role requires a CAPTE-accredited PTA program graduate, current state license, CPR certification, and physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand most of the shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
