Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for a majority of a shift.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Document patient activities and charges using medical terminology promptly.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
