Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team. You will carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and help patients progress toward their goals.

You will document patient activities and charges, communicate with patients and staff, and adhere to state laws, OSHA, and Medicare regulations. A CAPTE-accredited PTA program graduate with current licensure plus CPR is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
