Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Physical Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to help residents improve their physical function.
• Monitor and document residents’ progress.
