Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility team in Ambler, PA. This full-time, on-site role focuses on returning residents to optimal function and supporting therapy goals throughout their stay.

You will collaborate with therapists, educate patients on exercise programs, and contribute to discharge planning to sustain progress after leaving the facility.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited college or university.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of work.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate service delivery software and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Help residents regain optimal physical function and meet therapy goals in a SNF setting.
• Assist in planning and implementing patient treatment plans with therapists and care teams.
• Educate residents on exercises and activity modification to sustain function after discharge.
