Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or related setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop treatment plans.
- Administer and monitor therapeutic exercises.
- Utilize techniques to relieve pain and promote healing.
- Educate patients and families on exercise techniques.
- Monitor and document patients' progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
