Job summary

Centra Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a SNF/LTC setting in Belle Fourche, SD. This perm/direct-hire role requires an Associate degree and an active PTA licensure or progression toward licensure, plus CPR certification.

The PTA will provide skilled PT services under supervision, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals. Direct hire with a days schedule in a facility network across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or in the licensure process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services under supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify PT plan of treatment under supervision.

Responsibilities

Job Description

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a perm / direct hire assignment!

• This is a direct hire / 'perm' position.
• Days schedule.
• This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
