Job summary

Centra Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care in Glendive, MT. This direct-hire role offers a day schedule and requires providing skilled PT services under the supervision of a licensed PT.

Qualified candidates will have an associate degree, MT PTA license or in process, CPR certification, and ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a PTA or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions under physician orders and supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify the PT plan of treatment under supervision of a PT.

Job Description

A great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long Term Care (LTC) is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team!

• This is a direct hire / 'perm' position.
• Days schedule.
• This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
