Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc. seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract assignment in a skilled nursing facility / long-term care setting. The PTA will provide skilled PT services under supervision and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Requirements include an Associate's degree, current PTA licensure or active application, CPR certification, and ability to implement and modify therapy plans per physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or in-process licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services under supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan under supervision.
• Collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients' goals.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a contract assignment!This is a contract position.Days schedule.This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT .
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
