Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a contract assignment in Wisconsin. The role requires an accredited associate degree and current PTA licensure or in-process licensure, plus CPR certification.

You will provide skilled PT interventions under physician orders and the supervision of a licensed PT, implementing and adjusting treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to reach patient goals.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions under physician orders and supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify the PT plan of treatment under supervision of a PT.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
