As a PTA, you will implement the plan of care, guide therapeutic exercises, and help with gait, balance, and mobility. The position offers hourly pay of $30-$34 and requires travel between patient homes and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current Texas PTA license.
• Ability to deliver care within the PTA role and follow the supervising PT's plan of care.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Good organization, time management, and attention to documentation.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between patient homes.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

BrightStar Care of Tyler & Longview is seeking a compassionate, dependable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Longview, Texas. This Part time home health position offers the opportunity to provide individualized care and help patients improve their mobility and ability to perform everyday activities.

You will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, implementing an established plan of care and collaborating with our nurse-led team to support patients' recovery at home.

Position Details

What You'll Do
