Job summary

Juniper Gardens Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Gastonia, NC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality, hands-on therapy in a long-term care setting on a PRN basis.

Responsibilities include following PT plans, delivering individual and group therapy, documenting progress, assisting with discharge planning, and collaborating with the therapy team, nursing staff, and families to support residents' goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Current state licensure as a PTA
• Prior LTC/SNF experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents as needed
• Strong teamwork and time management skills

Position Details:

• Status: PRN

• Shift: Day shift preferred (flexibility may be available)

• Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
